Memorial Day Weekend

Almost summer? doesn't feel like it. Daniel and I recently tried to enjoy the summer experience,but instead recieved the rain! oh well. We still had a lot of fun going to the lake this weekend. It was such a blast. It was so great seeing all the family and catching up with them. We didn't get to wear the new bathings suits we bought to swim, but we still had a lot of great laughs. We ended up going to the movies, playing cards, going to a car show, and eating a bunch of great food! Thanks friends and family for giving us a great weekend and great memories as well. love you all!

The visit to the Hesters!

I am so late at posting these things on my blog, but since I found these cute pics from our trip I thought why not? So... In February Daniel , my mom and I were able to take a trip down to L.A. to visit the Hesters! We had so much fun playing the Wii, going to the beach, and taking a tour of the La Brea tarpits! Daniel and I have never been there before and we were both fascinated by the historic fossils still remaining there today. Although Justin and Khylie probably didn't understand all of the significance of the pits, they still had a lot of fun exploring it! =) We miss them already!

Hello Everyone!

Spring has finally arrived! The weather is beautiful and we were craving the sunshine. School has been great and Daniel is still rockin out in the band.  Our new additions to the family ( Pharoah and Odin) are also enjoying the sunshine, as well as, the new apartment. So far the New Year has brought us great joy and we can't wait for whatever is to come. I haven't taken a lot of photo's this year, but I took a few at Daniels show at the Boardwalk in Sacrmento on the first. So here are a few pictures of what's been happening during our year 2011! christmas at the temple!

This December Daniel and I, as well as a couple of friends were able to go to the temple! We couldn't believe how beautiful the lights were and how amazing everything looked. We were so grateful that we were able to take a trip up there to truly feel the christmas spirit and to be able to celebrate the birth of our lord and saviour. The nativity set was beautiful and although it was quite cold and raining, we were glad to have taken time out of our busy schedule to see this. For all of you who weren't able to see it (which you totally should!) here are some beautiful pics to enjoy! <3 Amy
